Launch IoT projects with less setup and more building

RazMesh is a student-focused IoT platform for connecting microcontrollers, sensors, and gateways — then monitoring everything from one dashboard. Spend lab time on the build, not on backend plumbing, auth tokens, or half-broken MQTT setups.

Explore the platform

Everything you need to run an IoT class project

From first board online to demo day, RazMesh covers the parts students usually waste weeks reinventing — provisioning, dashboards, alerts, and a clean API surface.

Device setup

Register ESP32, Arduino-class boards, and gateways with a guided flow. Name devices, attach metadata, and get them talking without writing a custom onboarding stack.

Live dashboards

Build views for temperature, humidity, power, motion, or custom payloads. Track status across your mesh and share a demo screen that actually stays readable under pressure.

Alerts & email hooks

Know when a node drops offline or a threshold is hit. Email request quotas scale with your plan so teams can notify members without bolting on another service.

Secure connections

Token-based access and sensible defaults keep student fleets safer than hard-coded credentials in shared repos. Rotate access when project teams change.

API & docs

Hook RazMesh into Python scripts, mobile prototypes, or course submissions. Documentation is written for builders who need working examples, not enterprise sales decks.

Multi-dashboard projects

Separate lab experiments, FYP prototypes, and group demos into their own dashboards — so one messy workspace doesn’t bury the project you need to present.

Use cases

Built for the projects students actually ship

Whether it’s a one-week lab or a semester-long FYP, RazMesh stays out of the way while your hardware work stays front and center.

Lab assignments

Get sensors reporting in a single session. Less time on cloud setup means more time validating readings and writing the report.

Final year projects

Keep months of telemetry organized. Show examiners a stable dashboard instead of a localhost demo that only works on your laptop.

Team builds

Share device access across teammates, split dashboards by module, and stop fighting over whose MQTT broker is “the real one.”

Teaching & clubs

Give makerspace or IoT club members a common platform so workshops start with hardware — not 40 minutes of environment setup.

How it works

From board to dashboard in three steps

A short path from first connection to a working project demo — designed around how student labs actually run.

01 — Register

Add your devices

Create a project, register each board, and store the credentials you’ll flash or inject into firmware. Label nodes clearly so teammates know what’s what.

02 — Connect

Configure the mesh

Point devices at RazMesh, verify heartbeats, and map sensors to readable fields. Fix connection issues early — before demo day panic.

03 — Monitor

Run the project

Assemble dashboards, set alerts, pull data through the API, and keep the system online while you iterate on the actual product idea.

Why RazMesh

Built for coursework, not ops teams

Enterprise IoT stacks assume dedicated DevOps. RazMesh assumes a deadline, a shared lab bench, and a presentation next week.

  • Faster setupCut the week of cloud configuration so labs and sprints start on hardware day one.
  • Student pricingPlans from RM 10/mo sized for individuals, pairs, and larger project teams.
  • Learning resourcesDocs and patterns for common sensor, gateway, and dashboard workflows.
  • Works with common boardsBuilt around the microcontrollers and modules students already buy for class.
  • Demo-ready viewsPresent live data without juggling three terminals and a fragile tunnel.
  • Room to growStart small on Basic, then scale devices and email hooks as the project expands.

Students

What builders say

Feedback from students who used RazMesh on labs, team builds, and final presentations.

“RazMesh saved me hours of troubleshooting. I could focus on the sensor logic instead of fighting device configs and random broker dropouts the night before submission.”

Sarah J.Computer Science

“As someone new to IoT, the learning curve felt manageable. The interface is clear, the docs make sense, and I wasn’t left guessing which tutorial still works in 2026.”

David C.Electrical Engineering

“Our senior team used it to manage sensors and visualize data in real time. Having one shared dashboard kept the demo stable when examiners asked us to show live readings.”

FAQ

Questions students ask first

Quick answers before you spin up a project or pick a plan.

What hardware can I connect?
RazMesh is built for common student boards and modules — think ESP-class Wi-Fi microcontrollers, Arduino-compatible nodes, and simple gateways. If your device can speak to an HTTP/MQTT-style endpoint, you’re usually in good shape. Check the docs for current examples.
Do I need my own cloud or MQTT broker?
No. RazMesh handles the hosted side so you don’t have to maintain a VPS, TLS certs, or a broker that dies mid-lab. You still own your firmware and project logic.
Can a whole team share one project?
Yes. Standard and Premium are sized for teams that need more devices and dashboards. Keep modules separated by dashboard so hardware, firmware, and UI work can move in parallel.
Is there documentation for getting started?
Yes — start with the docs for account setup, device registration, and first dashboard. Package pages also spell out limits so you can pick a plan before you hit a ceiling mid-semester.
How do I get access?
Use the form below with your school email, or log in if you already have an account. Plans start at RM 10/month; trial access doesn’t require a credit card.
