Email requests are notifications sent to you when your IoT devices trigger specific events or alerts. Each plan includes a monthly allocation, after which additional requests are charged at the specified rate.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Upgrading gives you immediate access to new features.

How are additional email requests billed?

Once you exceed your monthly email request allocation, additional requests are automatically charged at the rate specified in your plan. These charges appear on your next monthly invoice.

Do unused email requests roll over?
